Solve:-

\[ \left[  ( {a}^{m} {)}^{n}  =  {a}^{mn}  \textbf{ \: and \: }  {a}^{ - m}   =  \frac{1}{am} \right] \]

⇒ {2}^{ - 3 \times 2}  \div  \frac{1}{( - 4 {)}^{3} }

⇒ {2}^{ - 6}  \times  \frac{( - 4 {)}^{3} }{1}

⇒ \frac{1}{ {2}^{6} }  \times  {( - 4)}^{3}

⇒ \frac{( - 4) \times ( - 4) \times ( - 4)}{2 \times 2 \times 2 \times 2 \times 2 \times 2}
