(9/4)^(-4) × (2/3)^3 = (p/q)^11

(4/9)^4 × (2/3)^3 = (p/q)^11 [ a^(-m) = 1 / a^m ]

((2/3)^2)^4 × (2/3)^3 = (p/q)^11

(2/3)^8 × (2/3)^3 = (p/q)^11 [ (a^m)^n= a^mn ]

(2/3) ^ ( 8 + 3) = ( p/q ) ^11. [ a^m × a^n = a^(m+n) ]

(2/3)^11 = (p/q)^11.

So (p/q) = (2/3) [ a^m = b^m 》 a = b ]

So (p/q)^(-2) = (2/3)^(-2) = (3/2)^2 = 9/4

[ a^(-m) = 1/a^m ]
