Since the body is falling freely, its initial velocity, u would be 0.
We know that from the third equation of motion, that is
Where v = final velocity or you may say average velocity, a = acceleration and s = displacement.
Here since the body is falling freely, that is in the influence of gravity, its a = g and given that height = h
=> s = h
so we have
v² - u² = 2gh
We know that u = 0
=> v² = 2gh
=> v = √(2gh)
So your answer is option 3
Hope it helps dear friend ☺️✌️
