(5)◆HDI is one of the best index to measure development which is published by UNDP.

Indicator:
◆Living standard(Per capita income)
◆Health status(Life expectancy)
◆Literacy rate

●HDI considers public health, education,poverty level,inequality,and environmental aspec to measure human development.

(4)Per capita income is used by world bank to classifying the countries.

The bank has classified the countries as follows:
1.Countries with PCI of US $ 12736 or more are termed as rich countries.
2.Countries with PCI of US $ 1045 or less are termed as low income countries.

Limitations:
When a small section of people has high income the average income a get high and do not give proper ideas of actual situation.
◆ Word bank has only one criteria-PCI which is not fair but UNDP has criterion-Living standard(PCI), Health staus, literacy rate which is best.
