Where a is length of semi major axis and b is length of semi minor axis.
e = c/a = 2/3
Where c = √(a² - b² )
( a² - b² ) = 4a²/9
b² = 5a²/9.... ( ii )
And
length of latus rectum is = 2b²/a
2b²/a = 5
b² = 5a/2 .... ( i )

5a²/9 = 5a/2
a = 9/2
a² = 81/4 And b² = 45/4
So, Equation of ellipse is
4x²/81 + 4y²/45 = 1
45x² + 81y² = ( 45 × 81 )/4
