There's an option of pin as circled in the attached then look at the next pic. there's an option to take picture. this is how you can use camera in brainly ... the second pic appears after clicking on pin...

Step 1.- Click the yellow circled icon.
Step2.-Click the red circled icon.


You can easily click pics while asking questions.
