Beliefs and facts, in the way we're talking now, are both acceptances that a premise is true.
The difference between belief and fact is verifiability. A fact is a belief that can be verified.
I believe that all objects large and small, heavy and light, fall to the earth at the same rate in a vacuum. I can verify that.
We can evacuate a chamber, drop some objects, and time them. They'll all fall at the same rate (give or take an acceptable variance). I can do this. You can do it. Anil can do it. We'll all get roughly the same answers. We take the premise as verified and we call it a fact.

Everything is a part of reality, nothing is different from reality. One perceive, one experience or one feel is the reality. Hence opinion, truth, fact are only part of reality, apparently they are not different.
What is the meaning of Opinion?
Well, opinion word came from Latin word opinari which means ‘think or believe’. What we believe or think is mostly defined by our perspective to see and feel the things or situation. Hence opinion is also a part of reality but it is reality with superimposition of my own ideas and thoughts.

What is the meaning of Truth?
It is also a part of the reality. Truth word derived from Old English trīewth, trēowth means ‘faithfulness, constancy’.
No matter how we perceive, think there is something that will never change in reality is so called truth. We can say that truth is the higher version of opinion when opinion is tested, validate and analyzed properly with conscious efforts in long time.
So, opinion might be individual or collective, neither tested nor constant. Whereas truth is universal and validate, well tested and never change.
Opinion : Everyday the sun is rise in the east and sets in the west.
Truth : Actually, sun is in constant position. Our Earth is rotates toward the east.
For me the truth is that which based on absolute reality, complete understanding, rational thinking and so many experiments. Whereas apart from this everything is just an opinion for me. That’s it!
