because blood flows in a definite stream. and it is covered by many layers. so there are no chances of flowing blood from our mouth or nose or ears. until and unless we meet with a major accident we won't get.

ss ur ans are also right but our physics said that if there is no atmospheric pressure falling on our head our blood will flow out like fountains
