molecular mass of Na = 2× 23 = 46 gm

molecular mass of H2O = 2×18 = 36 gm

molecular mass of NaOH = 2×40 = 80 gm

molecular mass of H2 = 2 gm

46 gm of Na gives 2 gm of H2

230 gm of Na = 2× 230/46 = 10gm of H2
