Sorry, don't know about the distributive one but this may help you.

Answer:

21.98cm²

Step-by-step explanation:

Radius of a circular sheet = 4cm

Radius of a circle = 3cm

Area of a circular sheet = π r²

                                       = 3.14 × 4 × 4

                                       = 50.24cm²

Area of a circle = π r²

                          = 3.14 × 3 × 3

                          = 28.26cm²

Area of the Remaining sheet = Area of a circular sheet - Area of a circle

                                                = 50.24 - 28.26

                                               = 21.98cm²
