When they live in water they breath through moist skin because lungs don't work in water but in air lungs are more efficient therefore they breath through lungs

Frogs breathe through their skin as well as their lungs because they are amphibians so they live in water as well as on land.
so in water they breathe through their skin.and in surrounding they breathe through lungs.
