Hi the correct answer is 10. But i am not sure how the teacher derive 10 right angle.
Actually I am very puzzled with the answer. For a standard clock or watch, whenever the minute-hand moves, the hour-hand will move too. By the time it moves from 12.00pm to 12.15pm the hour hand no longer stay straight at 12pm. Thus I am very curious about the answer....
