​feet, 6 and one half
​feet, and 4 and one fourth
feet. How much hose is left on the​ roll?

remaining hose

 = 22 -  \frac{137}{8}  \\  =  \frac{176 - 137}{8}  \\  =  \frac{39}{8}  \\  = 4 \frac{7}{8}
