n is multiple of 7 and 1 short of a multiple of 3 or 4 or 5 or 6.
Division by 6 takes care of division by 3 so n+ 1 = 4×5×6×k
where k will ensure its multiple of 7
So n= 199× k and 119 is divisible
so k = 1 and n= 119
