We have,
radius of the circular sheet=14cm
it's area=πr^2
=22/7*(14)^2
=22/7*14*14
=616cm^2

Now ,two circles cut from the circular sheet card of radii=3.5cm

it's area=πr^2
=22/7*(3.5)^2
=38.5cm^2
so the area of the other circle =38.5cm^2

and also cut rectangle of ,
length=3cm
breadth=1cm
area of rectangle =length*breadth
=3cm*1cm
=3cm^2
now total area of the two circles and one rectangle cut down from the circular card sheet=38.5cm^2+38.5cm^2+3cm^2
=80cm^2

remaining part of the circular card sheet=Area of card sheet-total area of two circles and rectangle
=616cm^2-80cm^2
=536cm^2
