Area of remaining sheet = Area of circle having radius 9cm - Are of circle having radius 4cm

Area of circle 1 = 3.14 × 81 = 254.34 cm²

Area of circle 2 = 3.14 × 16 = 50.25 cm²

Therefore, required area of remaining sheet =

  • 254.34 - 50.25 = 204.10 cm²
