Answer:

S = {6,5,3,9,7,6,4,2,8,2}

therefore n(S) = {10}

Let the event A that is picking a card having value than 5.

A = {6,7,8,9}

n(A) = {4}

therefore , P(A)/P(S) = 4/10 = 2/5

Let the event B that is picking a card with an even number on it.

B = {2,2,4,6,8}

n(B) = 5

therefore P(B)/P(S) = 5/10 = 1/2.
