from a few days I an hear the sound of my inner body movements like movement of eye balls movement of elbow joints blood flowing through the nerves and heart beats which is quite annoying and frustrating can someone tell me what's this happening with me?​

Well, I don't know about other sounds you can hear but if you can hear your your eye ball moving, then should drink more water.
