Since there are 2 boys and 2 girls thus sample space is 4
the probability that one boy and one girl is selected are--

Over here there are 2 events thus the changes are 2 out of 4

2/4=1/2
thus there are 1/2nchances that there are 2 boys and 2 girls selected
