Answer:

let h be the height of the tower and d be the distance of the tower from the foot of the mandir

tan 30 = (24-h)/d........(1)

tan 60 =24/d

√3=24/d

d=24/√3=8√3......(2)

From (1)

1/√3=(24-h)/d

d=(24-h)√3 put here the value of d from (2)

8√3 = (24-h)√3

24-h = 8√3/√3=8

h=24-8=16m Ans
