There are two suits of red in each suit there is one king so total red king are 2.

p(red \: king) =  \frac{2}{52}  \\ p(red \: king) =  \frac{1}{26}

p(spade) =  \frac{13}{52}  \\ p(spade) =  \frac{1}{4}

4. either a king or queen
