10kg = 10,000grams

3kg 70g = 3,070 grams

Remaining flour = 10,000 - 3070

Remaining flour = 6930grams

6930grams = 6930/1000 = 6.93kg

Ans. The quantity of remaining flour in the packet is 6.93 kg.
