Let piece of land =x square m
Rajesh bought= x/3
Remaining x-x/3= 2x/3
Manoj bought = 2x/9
Remaining = 2x/3-2x/9 = 4x/9
So 4x/9= 60
X= 60*9/4 = 135 square m
