Let, OT = X,

PT = Tangent = 8 cm

By, Pythagorus theorem,

(OP)^2 = (PT)^2 + (OT)^2

10 * 10 = X^2 + 8 * 8

100 - 64 = X^2

X^2 = 36

X = 6

So, OT = Radius = 6
