adding two piece of lenght rope
15/5+33/10 = 30 +33/10 = 63/10
now substracting from given lenght of rope
11 - 63/10 = 110 -63/10= 47/10=4.7m lenght of the remaining rope

pieces to be cut off are in cm? In meter you can't cut such long pieces coz you've only 11 meter long rope.☺
