ANSWER ➖ 42 cm²

Area of square = 196 cm²

(side)² = 196

(side)² = (14)²

side = 14 cm

Biggest radius in the square (r) = ½(side of square)

Biggest radius in the square (r) = ½ × 14

Biggest radius in the square (r) = 7 cm

Area \:  of \:  biggest \:  circle  = \pi \:  {r}^{2}  \\ Area  \: of  \: biggest  \: circle  =  \frac{22}{7}  \times  {7}^{2}  \\ Area  \: of  \: biggest \:  circle =  \frac{22}{7}  \times 7 \times 7 \\ Area \:  of \:  biggest  \: circle =22 \times 7 \\ Area \:  of  \: biggest \:  circle = \: 154 \:  {cm}^{2}

Remaining cardboard = area of square - area of biggest circle.

Remaining cardboard = 196 - 154

Remaining cardboard = 42 cm²
