Side of cardboard = 21 cm
:. radius of circle for its area to be max would be 21/2cm
Area of square= 21*21 = 441cm^2.
Area of circle = (22/7)*(21/2)*(21/2)= 346.185 cm^2
:. the difference = 94.815
