from a square sheet of each side 7 cm a circle of radius 3.5 cm is removed from the central of the square feet find the area of the remaining sheet . ( take 3.14)

The area of the square =s *s =
7*7= 49 cm2


Area of a circle = pi r square
= 3.14* 3.5*3.5 =38.465
Remaining area =49 - 38.465= 10.535 cm square
