1) h = 80m

u = 20m/s

g = 10m/s^2

 {v}^{2} - {u}^{2} = 2gh \\ {v }^{2} = 2 \times 10 \times 80 + 400 \\ v = \sqrt{2000 } \\ v = 44.721m

2)
v = u + gt
(44.7 - 20)/10 = t
t = 2.47 seconds
