Population 2years ago = 62,500
Now, After 4% migration in one year,
Population will be 62500-(62,500*4/100) = 60,000 which was population one year ago.
Again, Present population = 60,000-(60,000*4/100) = 57,600.

Let population before 2 yr is 100%
96% one year ago
Now 92.16%
1%=625
92.16%=625*92.16=57600
