In ΔABD,

BD = 15 M

SO TAN 45 = BD/AB

1= BD/AB

AB = 15 M

In ΔABC

TAN 30 = BC/AB

1/√3= H/15

H = 15/√3 = 5√3 M

Height of  opposite house = 15 + 5√3 = 5 ( 3 + √3 )m

Distance between the two houses = 15m
