From below graph it is observed Anita weighing 30 kilograms at 6 years. Her weight is increasing at the rate of 1.3 to 2.3 kg per year. By the end of 11 years she is observed to weigh 40 kilograms. Is this observation normal?

Yes this increase in the weight of Anita can be considered normal since she is gaining 1.3 to 2.3 kg per year.

this is a perfectly normal thing sine she is growing and this age is charcaterised by the pre-pubscent age where her body is preparing herself for the reproductive processes.

The hormones are in full swing and she will be experiencing mood swings that is a normal part of puberty.
