Answer:

Area of square = 4cm x 4cm = 16 cm square

area of circle which had cut = 2 x 3.14 x 1 x 1

= 6.28 cm sq

Area of remaining part = 16 cm sq - 6.28 cm sq

= 9.72 cm sq Answer
