from external point P tangents PA and PB are drawn to a circle with Centre O if angle PAB is equal to 50 degree find angle AOB​

As PA=PB as they are tangent

In ∆PBA base angles are equal

Thus angleAPB= 80

As the line PO passes through Centre it bisects The angle =>angle APO=PoB=40

In ∆PAO

angle PAB=90 as tangent to center

=>angle PAO=50

In ∆POB

=>POB=50 same as above

In ∆AOB

OA=OB radius of circle

=>AOB is isocelus

angle AOB=100
