The various steps for processing fibres into wool are as follows:
(1) Shearing: Firstly the fleece (hair) of sheep is removed. This process is called shearing.
(2)Scouring : the sheared (remove) hair and they clean by washing into tanks ti remove grease and dirt , this process is called scouring
(3) Sorting : cleaned hair and then sent ti factory here separation of different texture take place , this process is called sorting
(4) Picking out blurrs: blues are the small fluffy fibre which are taken out from hairs this fibre again cleaned and dried
(5)Dyeing : the fibre are then dyed into different colours
(6) Rolling into yarn: The fibres are straightened, combed and then finally rolled into yarn (thread).
