Given : ∆ ABQ
∠B = 90°
∠Q = 30°
AQ = 8 cm
To Find : AB
Solution:
Sin (angle) = Perpendicular / hypotenuse
Sin ∠Q = AB/AQ
=> Sin ( 30°) = AB/ 8
=> 1/2 = AB/8
=> AB = 8/2
=> AB = 4 cm
AB is 4 cm
