Now, Radium is radioactive, so let's not consider it in the list for the question that you have asked.
As we move down the group from Be to Ba, the Ionization enthalpy decreases, which means that less amount of energy is required to remove (lose) an electron from the outermost shell. So, lesser is the Ionization enthalpy, more easily can the element lose its electrons and form cations.
Thus, Barium, having the least Ionization enthalpy in the group 2, forms ions most readily (Ba -----> Ba²⁺ + 2e⁻).
