I'm K.N. Rao, the Regional Manager of Bhilai office, East UP, wants to inform you that on 23rd of October 2019 at AROUND 4:20 p.m., the back wall of the godown at Bhilai office COLLAPSED suddenly due to heavy rain. This was the third day of continuous rain in the city.

On receipt of INFORMATION, I rushed to Bhilai and have seen the worst condition here, I request you to see into the matter and send team here to clean the place and to rebuild the wall.
