The television rots the senses of the children,it kills their imagination power due to which they no longer can understand a fantasy or a fairyland ,it clogs and clutters up their minds ,it makes thier brains as soft as cheese due to which they become dull and lastly , it steals their thinking powers to that extent that they could not think and only see.

The poet recommends the parents to give the children to read in the place of the television set for entertaining the them
