from rope 15 m long 13/3m is cut from the remaining 3/5 is cut again find the remainder please give the solution tooo

Hii friend,

Total Length of rope = 15 m

13/3 m is to be cut from the 15m long ROPE and again 3/5 m is cut from the left rope .

Let the length of remaining rope be X.

Therefore,

X + 13/3 + 3/5 = 13

15X + 65 + 9 / 15 = 13

15X +74 = 15×13

15X +74 = 195

15X = 195-74

15X = 121

X = 121/15 m


Hence,

The length of remaining rope = X= 121/15 m
