From the above clipping of the story,please answer this question.
Why didn't Swami hand over the complaint letter to the headmaster in the morning?

Because Swami knew that it was a complaint letter about his teacher Samuel in which everything was wrong as he told lie about his teacher Samuel to his father so to prove the letter he took time.

When Swami was standing in front of the School gate, he felt that he became the worst perjurer on earth as he didn't have any proof of Samuel's brutality. He wanted Samuel to justify the letter and waited for more time. For this cause, Swami didn't hand over the complaint letter to the headmaster in the morning
