If mass of O is m , then gravitation force ( weight)

= mg.

The value of g vary other the earth , at the equator value of g is minimum and at the pole its value is maximum.

At the equator the value of g is minimum due to centrifugal force ( mv^2 / r).

which cancelled some force of g.
