Imagine that you have taken two solution one is sugar solution and other is HCl

HCl dissociates into H+ ions and Cl- ions. these ions conduct electricity in the solution resulting in the glowing of bulb. on the other hand the sugar solution does not dissociate in water thus not giving out ions which conducrs electricity.

From the above activity it can be concluded that all acid containing hydrogen are conductors but not all compounds containg hydrogen are conductors.

That is why the above given solution contains hydrogen, they are not categorised as acids
