On observing each of the given choices, we find:-

The first two consecutive letters in DEH, PQT and KLO are consecutive alphabets (DE, PQ and KL) and the third letter is an alphabet that comes in the third position from the last letter of consecutive alphabets. i.e., H comes at third place after E (DEFGH), T comes at third place after Q (PQRST) and O comes at third place after L (KLMNO).

While in TUW, the first two letters are consecutive alphabets but the third letter comes in second place after U. (TUVW)
