tan A + cot C = BC/BA + BC/BA
                      = 2 * BC/BA
                      = 2 * 5/12
                      = 5/6                                     ans..

bc =  \sqrt{ {13}^{2} -  {12}^{2}  }  = 5 \\  \tan(a)  =  \frac{bc}{ab}  =  \frac{5}{12}  \\  \cot(c)  =  \frac{bc}{ab}  =  \frac{5}{12}  \\  \tan(a)  +  \cot(c)  =  \frac{5}{12}  +  \frac{5}{12}  =  \frac{10}{12}  =  \frac{5}{6}
