Everything stopped, people stood like statues all around me. People in cars, men on bicycles, babies in prams all lifeless, frozen in time. All because of me, just a young boy who had to push a button on a remote.

I woke up on a bright sunny morning, the same as always.My mother and father fighting and my sister who's always on her phone.I jumped out of bed and went to get breakfast.The house felt a little dark with my parents fighting.Time must have gone fast because before I knew it, it was time for school.

As I was walking to school I came across something strange but odd in my neighbors yard. "What would a remote with a grey button be doing out here"? I say to my self. "Well finders keepers" I say again and press the grey button.

"It's worthless to me"and I keep on walking to school.

When I got to school I saw all of my friends frozen as if they were statues. I walked to them and tried to scare them. That didn't work at all and I thought they were playing a joke on me but it turned out that they weren't. So I got my remote out again and pressed the button and everyone came back to life.When it was the end of school time I pressed the button and walked home
