Ansb.King Hal said to his friend(the miller of the Dee), that he was as wrong as wrong could be 'cuz if his(the king's) heart could be as light as the miller's, he(the king) would gladly change with him(the miller).

Ansc.The River Dee helped the miller in the following ways:

i)It turned the mill

ii)It grined the corn

iii)It fed him and his wife.
