Step-by-step explanation:

let \:  \alpha   \: and \:  \beta  \: are \: two \:  \\ roots \: of \: quadratic \: equation \\ then \\  \alpha  =  - 3 \:  \: and \:  \beta  =  - 7 \\ quadratic \: equation =  {x}^{2}  - ( \alpha  +  \beta )x +  \alpha  \beta  \\  =  {x}^{2}  - (( - 3) + ( - 7))x + ( - 3) \times ( - 7) \\  =  {x}^{2}  - ( - 10)x + 21 \\  =  {x}^{2}  + 10x + 21
