(2x-y+7) + (2y-10)
= 2x-y+7+2y-10
=2x-y+2y+7-10
=2x+y-3.
Subtraction,
= 4x-2y-11 from 2x+y-3
= (4x-2y-11) - (2x+y-3)
= 2x+y-3-4x+2y+11
= 2x-4x+y-2y-2+11
= -2x+3y-8.
