Sum of 2/9 and -3/7 = 2/9+(-3/7)
= ((2*7)/(9*7)) -
((3*9)/(7*9))
= (14 - 27)/(56)
= -13/56
Difference of 3/7 and -13 / 23
= 3/7 - (-13/23)
= 3/7 + 13/23
= ((3*23)/(7*23)) + ((13*7)/(23*7))
= ( 69 + 91 )/ 161
= 160/161
Sum - Difference
= -13/56 - 160/161
Thus this is the right answer
